Chantier and RISQ have a falling out

Evidently the disagreement is between certain members of the board of RISQ that supported the coop movement's efforts in a bid for the 28 million$, and those that were aligned with the Chantier de l'economie sociale.
Pity these squabbles can't be settled in house.
